Select Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile products are manufactured with a high-molecular-weight, polymerized vinyl wear layer supported by a high-strength vinyl backing. Incorporated into the wear surface during manufacturing, Select tiles and planks are built with Protech Plus®, a ceramic bead-infused UV-cured urethane coating technology that delivers up to 2x the scratch resistance of typical urethane finishes. This advanced protective layer provides anti-soil performance, eliminates the need for applied floor finishes, and enhances hygiene and chemical resistance.

Inspect subfloor surfaces carefully to determine acceptability. All TAJ flooring products must be installed under proper site conditions. Prior to installation, reviewing our Installation Instructions guide is strongly advised.

Although not required, the use of high-quality floor finishes will further protect the floor in heavy traffic areas. Chair and table legs should be capped with the proper floor protection glides.
